This article aims to encourage various sectors involved to think about building a new practice of attention to mental disturbed people in conflict with the Law. After evaluating the role of classical Psychiatry in the “institutionalization of madness” and the reform proposals, the article justify the operational integration of Psychoanalysis in interdisciplinary teams, based on its potential ability to structure the discourse of “patient justice”, to reset him subjectively and to works in the social deconstruction of myths. We recognize the need to support this proposal in intersectoral public policies. The purpose of this paper was mapping out the scientific production on poverty and understands the Social Representations (RS) about this theme. The bibliographic research reviewed 69 articles indexed in the Scientific Electronic Library - Scielo, published from January 1997 to July 2007 that contained one of the following keywords: poverty, poverty areas, low income, poor neighborhoods and slums. The database, composed by 69 articles, was submitted to: 1) survey of information like date, area of knowledge and institutional linkage of articles and periodicals. 2) analysis of the keywords of articles by EVOC program. The results indicate that the RS of poverty is organized around the central element of social policies. Moreover, it was found that the scientific production on poverty is increasing and focuses on the Rio-Sao Paulo route and that in the field of psychology is still incipient Palavras-chave : Social Representations; PPoverty; Scientific production; EVOC; Journals.

This article, aware of different conceptions of madness by historical and cultural factors, aims to discuss certain issues, articulating them with theoretical position of Social Constructionism. That prospect culturally oriented suggests the strong influence of contextual, social, economic and geographical factors, putting in focus its pragmatic, partial and relativist feature. Thus, we will present some considerations about Social Constructionism, and discuss some conceptions of madness. As a secondary goal, we aim to weaken the universal posture about these phenomena, emphasizing how it can impose limitations on mental health professionals, and thus to patients. En este artículo, las expectativas de los diferentes conceptos de la locura a la luz de factores históricos y culturales, tiene por objeto examinar estas cuestiones, la articulación con la posición teórica del Construccionismo Social. El enfoque orientado hacia los defensores de la cultura de la fuerte influencia de factores contextuales, sociales, económicos y geográficos, entre ellos, sobre todo, su carácter pragmático, relativista y parcial. Por lo tanto, nuestro objetivo es presentar algunas consideraciones sobre el construccionismo social y discutir algunas ideas de la locura. Como objetivo secundario, con el objetivo de debilitar la actitud universal en la lectura de estos fenómenos, haciendo hincapié en cómo esto puede imponer limitaciones a los profesionales de salud mental y, en consecuencia, sus pacientes. This article aims a fleet exploration of the concept “secretary of the insane”. Taking as reference the Lacanian conception on this handling with psychosis, we follow this author’s track until the emergence of this expression within the J. P. Falret’s psychiatric clinic. This paper aims at understanding how psychologists working in community mental health services view the group activities they coordinate. A study was realized in two services: one in the city of Salvador and the other in a nearby town. The data were produced through qualitative fieldwork methods: interviews and systematic observation. As for results, it was discovered that professionals feel compelled to realize group activities because of institutional demands. Although some of them feel unprepared to manage groups, most of them usually attend to such requests. Group management is described as marred by various difficulties. As part of the results of a phenomenological longitudinal research about the lived experience of stigma in Northeast Brazil, an emerging theme appeared and was named “co-stigma”. As a continuity of that previous research, this study has the objective to understand the implications, on the ill person, of the lived experience of “co-stigma” suffered by the persons who share an intimate life with him or her. The methodology applied was the re-analysis of 82 interview transcriptions done during the previous research, according to the Critical Phenomenological Method. The results show that people who share an intimate life with those who are infected with HIV/AIDS suffer both from the fear to become stigmatized and the “co-stigma” already present, direct or indirectly, creating additional forms of suffering to the infected person, as part of the lived experience of becoming ill with HIV/AIDS Palavras-chave : Stigma; co-stigma; HIV/AIDS; Phenomenology.

The present work was set up from the Greek classic myths, under the double register of his internal work out - that one from the unconscious demonstrations and of his structure while obvious narrative -. The objective was to test the possibilities that myth creation mechanisms brings to daily’s Psychoanalysis practice comprehension in the interpretation of the unconscious register. We apply the proposition in Mathieu’s method which can be applied to all finished and closed text, analogous to the mythical speech. It was considered that the myth updates questions inherent in a past what this shapes like traces getting the meaning of the psychological men’s history.
